None of these are much fun to deal with, however:

* many are very old (with various fixes since)
* the panel resizing code is not the best thing ever (it has to deal with a 
lot of limitations in code beneath it)
* we have a new implementation for panels shaping up for PW2.
* these are not issues that many people are going to run into very often

As such, I don't think we'll prioritize any of these. It would be cool to put 
all of these together under one "umbrella" bug so they don't get lost 
completely, but so we can keep them together in one place. Not sure what the 
best way to do that is, though dupe'ing them all to a (new?) bug would be ok 
by me.

(Btw, I switch screens and resolutions a *LOT* and don't see many of these 
problems ..)

(Btw2, for most items "we have a replacement in PW2" is not a sensible reason 
to include, but for this specific bit of code it is since this is one of the 
very few bits we are actually redoing completely and which in the current code 
base is a bit of a mess)
