Looks better than before, if you ask me. I agree that "Icon size" should be moved to "Arrangement", and I'm wondering if "Layout:" shouldn't be "Place in:" or "Arrange as:" to be a little more human - I just worry that l10n might have a problem with those, but a suitable gettext context comment proposing "Layout" as an alternative would take care of that.
