i can't reproduce that here with current master. if the OSD is open and i change the theme before it hides, the OSD updates size, color, etc. is there some other trick one must do to trigger the problem? (i also just fixed a memory leak in the theme updating code in the OSD, btw :/) -- Aaron J. Seigo
