i'm on the list, and have been since it was started (which is quite a number
of years now :) .. it's pretty dead. some threads do get responses, some
don't.

that's definitely the theory of it, yes. the practice has been somewhat
different in recent times.

the list was very active and very focused on results at different periods of
time, and did produce measurable, useful results. however, that was when
someone took leadership of the list, set concrete goals, set up and enforced a
workflow. that's sort of missing.

.. not that i want to start a long thread discussing kde-usability@ here :)
