Hi, I've been using Plasma Components' Dialog element in a couple of projects and I have the same problem on both.
Whenever I show a dialog (by visible=true) I don't get the keyboard focus on it, not even by calling the activateWidget() method. Am I doing anything wrong? Is there any plan to fix this? It's quite an important issue, specially on the Quick Chat plasmoid. Cheers!
