Hi, The comic dataengine has some [1] problems with sycoca for quite some time. That means that sometimes (not reproduceable on every machine and not always reproduceable) newly installed comic plugins do not show up or removed comic plugins still show up.
Both have to do with KServiceTypeTrader -- the comics are services -- not always returning the "correct" services. In both cases probably because it did not update them yet. Now I wonder how I should fix that. Do you have any ideas? The worst case "solution" would be not relying on KServiceTypeTrader at all though I want to avoid that.
