hi all ... having started in on the API cleanups and what not in libplasma2, i've also started a page on the wiki to help us later in porting things. hopefully this page remains fairly small, but it's better to record what we do change than have to hunt later.
if you do end up making a change to things, please record the change on the porting page on the wiki as well. http://community.kde.org/Plasma/PortingTolibplasma2 also, if anyone would like to help out with this libplasma2 tasks, many of which are very simple things to do, look at the sprint page here: http://contour-scrum.basyskom.org/icescrum/p/PLASMA#sprintBacklog/43 and look for libplasma2 entries. to start on an item (aka 'story'), mouse over the little arrow in the sticky note and from the menu that pops up select "add task". break the story up into smaller tasks (or just one if it is already that small of a story :) that are achievable in small periods of time (no more than 4 hours; can be as short as needed). then drag a task to the middle "in progress" column and start hacking. repeat :) if you'd like someone to help you out with the above proces, just ping me on irc... cheers .. -- Aaron J.
