after some discussion on k-c-d, one idea from the calligra team is to preface the branch name with the sub-project. so, e.g.: plasma/aseigo/activityrunner or, in the order they are doing it: plasma/activityrunner/aseigo kwin/coding-style/graesslin/ plasma-mobile/awesomeness/notmart (no, not a real branch ;) kdm/plasma-frontend/sreich (not real either, but could be) it makes for branches names that are a bit long, but it gives all the info needed at a glance and orders things nicely together. tab completion makes length a non-issue ime. thoughts? -- Aaron J.
