Usually, these ontology classes are generated at build time by the nepomuk_add_ontology (or somesuch macro). For this, you need to have the latest version of shared desktop ontologies installed. If that's the case, look into your build dir if the files are correctly generated. If not, look at how KMail does it (or the Crystal applet in playground).
