We had a chat with some distro maintainers, there was a mixed set of results.
Ultimately we need to make an executive decision, and after a chat I'm stating we're not going to change the wallpaper in 6.1.x. It will be the same as 6.0 throughout. The new wallpaper can be used for 6.2. Sorry David
