post 5.27 kickoff meeting?

Normally we might have a kickoff meeting so decide a timetable and plan for
the next Plasma release.  There's no 5.28 planned in the hope that it would
be ready to move to KF6 shortly.  Is there a need for a kickoff meeting
soon?
