Isn't Plasma 23rd scheduled for the 12th of October? That's what the calendar says. We also discussed pushing it back 2 days to make it coincide with KDE's 25th anniversary (and renumbering it to "Plasma 5.25"): https://phabricator.kde.org/T13198#255431 Would that not be possible?
