You mean pursuivant right?

sKreamer provides the bugbot services and announces changes to RSS feeds
(mostly for the forum)

Having looked at that Maubot plugin, I can confirm it would be highly
unsuitable for deployment as it requires configuration on a repository by
repository basis.
