platformcomponents -> die
plasmastyle-> qqc1 style, so it can die
plasmaextracomponents -> slight repurpose: things that are
intented just in a plasma shell, many components there should be
killed
Ideally I would like as many of these as is practical to die and be
moved into Kirigami or some other more agnostic QML location, but retain
the ability to use a different color scheme. We currently have
duplicates of Kirigami.Heading, Kirigami.PlaceholderMessage, etc.
