It's actually a trackball: Kensington Slimblade Trackball I have to disconnect the trackball from its USB bus to not get randomly woken-up. It doesn't appear to be a powerdevil bug. Maybe implementing or documenting a finer granularity on what events can wake-up the system would allow to ignore mouse events. But that's just a wish-list item.
