Found an interesting issue today: When you hide and show the menubar in Dolphin, this happens: F8247334: Screenshot_20200419_134038.png <https://phabricator.kde.org/F8247334>. It goes away if you interact with anything in the toolbar. Can reproduce in Kate too, and it goes away after interacting with the toolbar or switching tabs. Cannot reproduce in Konsole.
