I noticed there seems to be something wrong in the color logic when - active window decoration color is the same as the main window decoration - inactive window decoration is different (essentially the opposite as current breeze theme) In that case, one would expect the inactive tool area to be colored and the active one not to be. It seems that neither are colored except for the menu bar.
