i'm sure some of us will. some of us will also realize that you've rehashed all the arguments in favour of it that have already been made in the past without a single additional piece of new information added, all while completely ignoring anything that was said against the feature. such repetition of argumentation is a great debating technique, and the obvious response is to repeat verbatim everything that has been said in response previously. we could do so indefinitely every N months for all X features we don't all agree on until the person who is the most willing to argue endlessly "wins". however, i have no interest in design by rhetorical gesture and as such, at this point, i simply do not care whether your points are valid or not. if you want to mare sure that something doesn't change, go at it in a way that sets a bad procedural precedent that would threaten the health of the project. this one feature is not worth turning plasma into a "rule by the most repetitive" project. -- Aaron J.
