in c++: Plasma::WebView *webview = new Plasma::WebView(this); webview->setUrl(pathToFile); then add it to your layout somewhere. note that setUrl takes a KUrl, but i believe QStrings get converted to a KUrl automatically in this case in javascript: var webview = new WebView webview.url = Url(pathToFile) then add it to your layout somewhere. the python/ruby versions probably look nearly identical to the c++ one. -- Aaron J.
