indeed; and when it hits the corner the left/right edge of the frame svg could be turned off so it fits very nicely. moving off screen could be easily disabled by checking for screen width. this could also lay some groundwork for moving it to edges other than the top. want to try your hand at a patch? the code in question is in kdebase/workspace/plasma/krunner/krunnerdialog.cpp -- Aaron J.
