my only concern with skype is how many people we can have at once. when i was doing those live shows i was using those flash-based video casting sites. while perfectly annoying (to say the least) for doing the recording bits, they actually weren't all that bad for the live part of it. so as long as we can live with flash, maybe that's an option... -- Aaron J.
