if you'd like to have it in kdeplasma-addons, that would mean maintaining it
as well, so yes, getting an svn account would be a good idea.

usually we ask that people submit some patches or show up with some code
first, so perhaps you could get a working example of a konsole plasmoid going,
post a link to it here on the list and then we can hook you up with an account
