Hi, I'm student in France ( I learn in computer science from 2 years) and I would like to participate at Google Summer if Code with the project "Simple Media Center Components).
First, I think create an index with media files. (using Strigi or sqLite). Then, to create an interface to manipulate media files, and to create a plasmoid to integrate application in desktop. I know very well c++ and I have already use Qt, but I never write plasmoid, I'd like to know if it is better to create a program with qt and after integrate in a plasmoid or if it is better to write a plasmoid directly ?
