Review request for Plasma. Summary ------- Since i really felt need for background changing via dbus methods (maybe for a wallpaperChooser applet ?? ) i tried to implement that. Anyway i didn't figure out how to make this *per-desktop* so i wait for hints. Hope to have this for 4.2.
