i'm not sure if this is the problem or not buuuut: the AppletScript object was being autodeleted by QObject, which means: * the Applet is no longer an Applet (it's dtor has run) * package, configxml, the whole ball of wax is now deleted as well i just committed a change to libplasma that deletes the script explicitly *before* everything else goes under. as i said, i'm not sure this is what's causing your problem, but it obviously was a bug in any case ... -- Aaron J.
