While Oporto has its own airport, Lisbon is much easier to reach. There's a high-speed train to Oporto which takes about 3 hours IIRC. It would probably mean that less people can attend, but I would certainly love coming together more often. For the Italian peeps, Switzerland should be easy to reach, so maybe have a smaller scale meeting there, and a full Tokamak in Oporto?
