Excellent, I didn't think of that. Ismael's and Marco's idea of drag'n'drop is of course what I had in mind also. But as a work-around solution, as Marco alluded to, I like "publish to" very much. Because this way we can introduce targets, that are meaningful to a human being: to a usb thumbdrive, to twitter or as a zoho writer document, for example. That sounds good.
