Hi, posting the patch in http://reviewboard.vidsolbach.de it's easier to comment on the single patch lines.. btw, i like the idea, but only when the size is small, since a very common usage ov vertical panel is to keep them very large maybe could be made dynamic, like switch to vertical tesx when thexe is no room for more than an x number of characters? this could be used as a fallback on sizes where now the text simply becomes unreadable
