Disabling the tests now because they will fail in three years is not
really a good solution.
A promise from the maintainer "I will fix it when it's needed" is not enough.
That's the philosophy which made Debian stable, buildable at 100% at release
time,
to be buildable at decreasing rates over the time in the past. We promise our
users that they will be able to build Debian stable for the entire lifetime of
stable.
This initiative exists precisely to avoid that and has the OK from Release
Managers.
