Moving that to unstable will break node-carto at runtime. Updating
node-carto to a new upstream release is blocked by missing (build)
dependencies.
We should probably remove both packages and their reverse dependencies
(node-mapnik & node-tilelive-{bridge,vector,mapnik}).
