Recently Ubuntu resolute updated webpack from 5.97.1+dfsg1+~cs11.18.27-3 to

and this caused a FTBFS on lemonade, which uses webpack at build time.
lemonade has an in-progress ITP for Debian, and it's expected it would have
caused a problem there as well.
