An alternative, easier stopgap solution is to vendor
/usr/share/cdbs/1/class/ant.mk
&  /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/ant-vars.mk here into debian/

They will go away at the same time as libformula.

I did the same thing with the very last user of /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/maven.mk
(which was a fork of ant.mk)

Ack, but I can to the stopgap solution if you dropped the ball.

Vendoring it 3 times felt wrong.
Bot only once for a package slated
for removal is good enough.
