Hi Emmanuel,
As part of the Vienna BSP I backported the fix from the yet unreleased
1.81, in order to clear all the packages that are currently blocked by
bouncycastle.

I believe this fix to be safe, and it will have a limited lifetime
anyway as there are good chances that 1.81 will be released before
Trixie ships. But it looks suspicious enough that no one on site is
willing to sponsor it ;)
