Package: evolution-jescs
Version: 2.6.4-2+b1
Severity: minor

I just installed the plugin and was looking ways on how to use it.
README file included in docs claims the following:

For "Use Secure Connection", please choose "Never" for http and "Always" for
https.

However I cannot find such an option.

Also README says to use port 143 for https which is also misleading.

After some trial and error I solved the problem by entering a complete
URL with port, like:

https://myserver.domain:443

Please update the README accordingly.

Thanks!

Hi,

The README in version 2.8 (currently in the experimental archive) simply
includes a link to this page,
http://www.go-evolution.org/Evolution_JESCS , which seems to include up
to date information.

I will close the bug for this version, it will remain open for version
2.6. I leave it up to the maintainers to decide if a README update for
2.6 is worth a new upload.
