Looks like this plan has been derailed. I may not get around to it until Wednesday. If we can get a new version of the (1/5) patch with the additional comments (http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/pixman/2013-January/002542.html), maybe the ARMv6 patches can make it into 0.29.2.
