I think there is no generic solution. It all depends on what the numbers *mean*.
We cannot simply scale up every number in the Json text. If for example the
first "10" is a count, we do not want to multiply it with the scale.
Can't you make sure on the Json *generating* side that fixpoint numbers are
produced with a dot?
