I uploaded all of the files and then went to the setup page at:
www.faithlivingchurch.com/phpgroup/setup/
and I get a red: {lang_cookies_must_be_enabled}
Once I fill in all of the information needed and I hit any of the buttons the
header.inc.php only inclues:
Template Error: filename: file ..//header.inc.php.template does not exist.
Halted.
Please help...
