I must be missing this too...
I have entered a handful of contacts and I can't see a way of displaying the contacts with their respective company details... I created a few companies (or orgs as per phpgroupware terminology) i.e. Dell, HP, Insight etc... Then added the contacts for those companies... assigned them to the company. When I go to the address book I can't view contacts by company... If I go to the organisation tab then I can see the companies I added but not the contacts that belong to those companies.
