"Couldn't open stream {:143/imap/notls}" has no hostname in there.
grant access to the email app to the admin user and go to
Admin->email->site config and fill it out. little tip: if your email
login names are like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" then choose vmailmgr style and
the phpgroupware username will be added to the domain name you enter
to form the email login name.
