PHP 4.3.0, Apache, Win32. I'm driving myself mad trying to work out why I can't get HTTPS pages. I understand there are two options, using fopen() with openssl installed, and using curl. I've installed openssl extension, but using fopen STILL won't work. Don't have a clue why. Using curl, I can get the page easily enough, but I can't put it into the file. If I try to set a file resource to save it to, Apache crashes.
Here's the error message I get using fopen("https://[securewebsite]", "r"); Warning: fopen(https://blahblahblah) [function.fopen]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in blah\blah\blah.php on line 50 And when I try to use Curl to save the https file, I get this: APACHE caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0187:bff7b9a6.
