http://34sp.com/ are great if you don't mind .uk-based hosting. I've heard good things about http://oneandone.co.uk/ but haven't used them myself. At the other end of the scale, you should stay *well* away from http://zenithtech.com/ - they're without a doubt the worst host I've ever used.
