I just installed PHPDEV423 to my WIN2000 box. The PHP is functioning (includes are working fine), but I can not read variables from a URL. Ex. <a href="secondPage.php?PHOTO=PICT0048.jpg">link</a> Once the link is clicked. The secondPage.php is not reading the PHOTO= variable.
