I don't think that has to with it... the setting is
--with_config_file_path=path
if you grep PHP_CONFIG_FILE_PATH config.status in your PHP source
folder, you should see where PHP is expecting php.ini to be--and you
won't probably find it there, you'll have to copy it there yourself.
