Hi, I have just upgraded PHP to 4.2.3 and have found that register_globals defaults to 'off'. I have changed this setting in the php.ini file, yet phpinfo() still shows register_globals = 'off' and my scripts that rely on this setting are failing. The file I edited was /etc/httpd/php.ini, so why is register_globals still set to 'off'?
