Do you want to drop the tables, or simply delete the data in them and retain
the table structure?
To delete data ...
USE databasename;
DELETE * FROM tablename;
To drop tables ...
DROP TABLE [IF EXISTS] tablename1 [, tablename2,...] [RESTRICT |
CASCADE]
If you drop a table, then need to store data in it, you will have to
re-create it.
