I assume you mean that you can see the value in the URL, but when you access $tosend, it has no value. You should be able to get it from $_GET['tosend']. Or if you are using a version of PHP prior to 4.1.0, you can use $HTTP_GET_VARS. The problem may be that you have register_globals turned off.
