Are you talking abut HTML or PHP itself?
Anyway... to have an "<a name="blah"></a>" in your page you will need
to
echo '<a name="blah"></a>';
Now, PHP Nuke is another thing - it's a software and you should read
through it manual in order to find a way to do this. If there's none -
modify the code yourself.
