Clarification: this will only work if you put the script inside the page that the header() command points to. If you put the header() command in the same document with this script, then the header() command won't work, since you'll be sending output to the browser.
Here's a thought. Use the header() command to redirect to a page which contains (a) a script to burst the user out of frames, and (b) uses a META tag or JavaScript to redirect the user to anywhere.com.
