[PHP] Including a file using php //

Hi, I was trying to include a url file on another server but could't make
this to work.
It displays nothing actually..

$retvalue = include('http://192.168.129.103/noc/chikkaps.txt');
echo $retvalue;
?>



Can someone help me please?
