what eact parse error you are getting ? and what is that line ?
Is it giving an error like undefined variable $temprow["count"];
or some thing like that ?
You may try to change the mysql_fetch_row line to the following
$temprow = mysql_fetch_array($tempresult, MYSQL_ASSOC);
